On the Strip
by VirtualTourist.com member shayghc
The Mirage Hotel is perfectly placed towards the top end of the Vegas strip for anybody visiting. I had a chance to wander around all the main hotels on the strip to take a few photos and each of them, in common with the Mirage, are self-sufficient venues. Clearly so, why would they want ...

Most Feel Good Resort in Vegas
by VirtualTourist.com member kellyannrob
The best thing about the Mirage Casino in Las Vegas would be the atmosphere without a doubt. The pool is large with a great feel music throughout the grounds. We would eat breakfast by the pool each morning and then head to our sun lounges. I visited a lot of the other pool areas for ...

Rooms & staff lack the punch of street level
by VirtualTourist.com member astarte00
It's obvious that Steve Wynn would prefer you stay out of your room. The best part of the room was the view of the strip. Touted as a "volcano" view room, the volcano is seen far better from the street. I nearly errupted when I paid 14.00 for a small pot of coffee in the morning. I ...

The room at the Mirage was pretty big, which was nice because 3 girls shared it. It had 2 queen beds, the standard TV/drawer/mini bar contraption, a desk and a chair. The bathroom wasn't so big, and the low-flow toilet hardly ever got the TP down on the first flush : (. The bathroom ...

15 years ago, the Mirage was THE place to stay in Las Vegas. It was one of the first really different hotels that signaled the change in Las Vegas (this is in my opinion, as I am sure someone else will say another hotel was the first). Nevertheless... Its location on the strip is great! ...

My father and step-mother are semi high rollers at the Mirage so they get a lot of comps, including suites. I wish they had had all this when I was younger, but when I do get the chance to go with them nowadays, it's still a lot of fun 'cause you're treated like a king. Overall, the ...

No need to worry about this: all these fancy Las Vegas hotels, like everything else in this town, are very cheap. They may look like they cost hundreds of dollars, but booking a few weeks early is enough to get a rate from $30 to under $100 in any of them.
